Who We Are
Creative Spirit US is a 501c nonprofit designed to ensure equal employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Since our founding in 2017, we have been utilizing our coaching, mentoring, and support services to resolve the unemployment crisis for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. But we are more than just a job support service; we collaborate personally with a wide range of companies and business leaders to help them reevaluate their hiring practices and become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

Our Mission
To accelerate the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals in the workforce and address the staggering 85% unemployment rate facing this community. Our goal is to, along with others, help 1 million people find meaningful careers by 2030 as part of our global #HireDifferent mission.

How We Support You
We offer significantly more than just job connections. We provide free coaching, mentoring, and training designed to help you and your future teams succeed together. This approach has proven highly effective; thus far, nearly 100% of the candidates we have supported have successfully retained their positions. Additionally, we believe you do your best work when you have the right tools, so we actively support you in identifying and requesting workplace accommodations tailored to your specific needs, such as accessible interviewing, assistive technology, and specific workplace training.
