About Creative Spirit
Creative Spirit US is a 501c nonprofit organization. We are dedicated to ensuring equal employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Our main goal is to connect them with fair-wage jobs at inclusive, forward-thinking companies.
Our Work and Impact
Founded in 2017, we have offered coaching, mentoring, and job placement services to help resolve the 85% unemployment rate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
We have placed many candidates, and so far, nearly 100% of the people we have placed have stayed in their jobs.
Partnering for Change
We are more than just a job placement service. We collaborate personally with many companies and business leaders to help them re-evaluate their hiring practices and become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.
Our goal is to change the status quo for jobseekers with disabilities, aiming to place at least one million candidates in fair-wage jobs by 2030 as part of our #HireDifferent agenda.

We are currently recruiting for many full-time and part-time positions. These jobs are in the New York Area, including New Jersey and Connecticut.
Who Can Apply?
We welcome candidates with these qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- College experience.
- Prior job experience.
The Application Process
Creative Spirit will assist in qualifying you for one of the available positions. These jobs offer competitive salaries and benefits, as well as on-the-job mentorship.
We can assist in establishing necessary support, also known as an accommodation. Support includes helpful things such as extra time for training or workplace support for people who are visually or hearing impaired. We can also help with extra training to ensure you complete tasks.
