What is Creative Spirit US?

Creative Spirit US is a 501c nonprofit designed to ensure equal employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, connecting them with fair-wage positions at inclusive, forward-thinking companies. Since our founding in 2017, we’ve utilized our coaching, mentoring, and job placement services to resolve the 85% unemployment rate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Thus far, we’ve had an almost 100% retention rate for all the candidates we’ve placed. But we’re more than just a job placement service. We collaborate personally with a wide range of companies and business leaders to help them reevaluate their hiring practices and become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Our goal is to change the status quo for job seekers with disabilities, placing at least 1 million candidates in fair-wage jobs by 2030 as part of our #HireDifferent agenda. Position Description

The Marketing Analytics group provides leading-edge expertise, methodology and delivery of media and marketing measures and analysis. The team is responsible for deriving consumer and marketing insights and recommendations that are both strategic and tactical on optimizing current and future cross channel media plans. Analysts bring qualities such as intellectual curiosity, problem solving skills, determination, and creativity to our client work.

Analytics Junior Fellows are exposed to a range of clients, projects, and responsibilities. You will be working with a team of talented individuals in Analytics, Media, Strategy and Creative to help drive business results for our clients.

A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
• Work with various teams across the organization from Planning, Analytics, Decision Science, and Data Engineering
• Monitor and analyze media campaign performance to understand the impact results have on a client’s business
• Provide strategic insights and campaign recommendations for optimization
• Deliver regular reports to gauge effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
• Understanding of online advertising planning, buying and performance metrics
• Experience with Web site analytics tools such as Omniture and Google Analytics
• Programming or Database Management experience

WHO YOU ARE:
• Interest in Marketing Analytics and/or a have a relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics, or Economics
• Strong record of academic and/or professional achievement
• Strong quantitative and research skills, proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analyzing and interpretation capabilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Office, especially Excel
