What is Creative Spirit US?
Creative Spirit US is a 501c nonprofit designed to ensure equal employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, connecting them with fair-wage positions at inclusive, forward-thinking companies. Since our founding in 2017, we’ve utilized our coaching, mentoring, and job placement services to resolve the 85% unemployment rate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Thus far, we’ve had an almost 100% retention rate for all the candidates we’ve placed. But we’re more than just a job placement service. We collaborate personally with a wide range of companies and business leaders to help them reevaluate their hiring practices and become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Our goal is to change the status quo for job seekers with disabilities, placing at least 1 million candidates in fair-wage jobs by 2030 as part of our #HireDifferent agenda. Position Description
The Junior Fellow Creative position will provide the ideal candidate an opportunity to experience the daily tasks in a premier healthcare advertising agency creative department. The candidate will work as part of a team to create an advertising campaign at the culmination of the internship to Havas Health & You senior leadership. The Junior Fellow will work on and be exposed to a variety of typical creative tasks, including client work. Junior Fellows will attend internship learning & development and agency-focused sessions that feature internal and external guest speakers. The goal? To learn the 'ins and outs' of business at an agency.
Creative Spirit is managing the recruitment for this position. Creative Spirit is a 501(c)3 organization that finds positions for individuals with disabilities at the best companies in the world. We are looking for interested candidates who identify as neurodiverse, or disabled. Creative Spirit will provide a job coach and full support to the candidate chosen for this position.
